Shipping & Returns

We offer 1 working day handling time for orders with cleared payments. We ship to most locations in Australia using a tracking service. We work with Toll, TNT, Couriers Please, Australia Post, Fastway and Allied Express. The type of shipping carrier is allocated electronically and automatically. Tracking information is provided where relevant, please allow 3-7 working days for items to arrive. If your order has not arrived after 1-2 weeks, please message us and we will endeavour to track and find out what has happened. Investigations may take up to 2 weeks. We can either provide a replacement or refund after receiving a result/conclusion from the shipping carrier. All decisions will be made according to the result/conclusion. 

Applicable shipping fees will be displayed upon checkout after you have entered your details and shipping address. 

PICK UP - If you'd like to pick up your order, you must select Local Pickup when you checkout. Please do NOT only add notes to your order or to your address to specify pickups. Our electronic system will process orders automatically based on how you check out, not based on the extra information that you've added to your order. Pickup is available by appointments only from HFH Auto Parts, 6 Link Road, Pakenham, 3810, Australia. Parts might need to come from other locations, so please arrange a pick up time with us to avoid disappointments. 



PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay, ApplePay and GooglePay. 

RETURNS - We offer a 30 day return policy - We will replace or refund all faulty goods, even though they are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. We offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a restocking fee* and any shipping costs. *Restocking fee is calculated according to the item price. For items sold at $50 or under, a restocking fee of $5+15% applies. For items sold above $50, a restocking fee of $10+5% applies.

You must return items in new condition with all original tags attached and all original materials included with the shipment. You must ship your items within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items. Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition, all items returned must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. 

CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY - To avoid the cost of return shipping and restocking fees addressed above, please ask any other questions you may have before purchase. If you're unsure about compatibility, please message us the VIN no. of your vehicle BEFORE purchase. Please do NOT add Notes to your order to specify vehicle details or ask questions about compatibility under Notes. As orders are processed electronically, when orders have been paid and confirmed, they will be processed automatically for dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the shipment while it's already making its way to the destination.
