Shipping & Returns
We offer 1 working day handling time for orders with cleared payments before 2pm. We ship to most locations in Australia via Toll, TNT, Couriers Please or Australia Post. Tracking information is provided where relevant and please allow 3 - 7 working days for items to arrive. If your purchase has not arrived for a week, please message us and we will endeavour to track and find out what has happened.
Applicable shipping fees will be displayed upon checkout after you have entered your details and shipping address.
PICK UP - Pick-up is available via appointment only from Berwick Mazda Parts warehouse, 25 Progress Street, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. Parts might need to come from another of our warehouse locations, so please arrange pick up time with us to avoid disappointment.
TERMS OF SALE:
PAYMENT OPTIONS - We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay, ApplePay and GooglePay.
RETURNS - We offer a 30 day return policy - We will replace or refund all faulty goods, even though they are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. We offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a restocking fee* and any shipping costs. *Restocking fee is calculated according to the item price. For items sold at $50 or under, a restocking fee of $5+15% applies. For items sold above $50, a restocking fee of $10+5% applies.
You must return items in new condition with all original tags attached and all original materials included with the shipment. You must ship your items within 14 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items. Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition, all items returned must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
